MISSION:
Our mission is to restore and maintain outdoor basketball courts for children in NYC neighborhoods and around the world fostering healthy, safe, communities while promoting the values of basketball such as team work, mutual respect and leadership.
THE GOAL:
Our ultimate game plan is to start in New York City and replicate the program throughout our NBA cities. Like many cities around the country, NYC is filled with broken down courts that are uninviting to children and in desperate need of repair.
We are very proud that The City of New York has agreed to match Courts of Dreams dollar for dollar in all of our fundraising efforts. We believe that the public-private partnership model will work well as we expand to other cities.
