He oversees all aspects of his client's professional life and helps navigate the complex decisions athletes face in today's business climate. At Pinnacle, representing an athlete goes far beyond the negotiation of one's basketball contract. It requires preparing an individually tailored strategy for each client and daily attention to make sure that each client is maximizing his potential on and off the court to the fullest extent. There is no formula for achieving this goal since each athlete has different needs. That is why it is essential to get to know each client on a personal level in order to help plan his future.
We get involved in all aspects of our clients's career, on and off the court. Our duties range from regularly communicating with team management to securing endorsements and positive media exposure to coordinating budgeting, accounting, tax preparation and estate planning to making sure we are constantly in touch with our clients to understand their evolving business, personal and emotional needs as well as the needs of their families. Our responsibilities do not end when your contract is completed . . . it is just the beginning.
